Nike and Lululemon Dismiss Mirror Patent Infringement Lawsuit
Nike Inc. and Lululemon Athletica Inc. filed a joint stipulation in Manhattan federal court on September 17, 2026, to dismiss with prejudice the patent infringement action involving Lululemon's Mirror home fitness platform. The dismissal ends the case without possibility of refiling.
Nike had accused Lululemon's Mirror system of infringing multiple patents related to interactive workout technology. Lululemon acquired Mirror in 2020. The litigation had been stayed while Lululemon challenged the patents at the USPTO. A related shoe patent verdict against Lululemon was later overturned by the district court.
The companies provided no details on any settlement terms. Spokespersons did not immediately comment on the resolution. The dismissal follows prior PTAB decisions canceling claims in some of the asserted patents.
