USPTO Releases New Trademark Application Guidance Videos

The United States Patent and Trademark Office issued new video resources to assist applicants with the trademark filing process. One video explains how to find the application form on USPTO.gov/trademarks and submit it via Trademark Center.

A second video covers filling out and submitting the form, providing an overview of the registration process page. The materials are available on the USPTO YouTube channel and target both new and returning filers.

These resources supplement existing online tools and aim to reduce common errors during initial submissions.
