AG Jeans and Set Active Settle AirLuxe Trademark Lawsuit

AG Jeans and Set Active notified the US District Court for the Central District of California of a confidential settlement in their trademark dispute on August 28, 2026. The agreement ends AG Jeans' claims that Set Active infringed its AirLuxe trademarks for clothing and fabrics, along with Set Active's counterclaims seeking cancellation of the registrations.

The case began in December 2025 when AG Jeans filed suit accusing the activewear retailer of continued sales of products under the disputed mark. A month prior to the settlement, the court denied AG Jeans' motion for early judgment on the counterclaims.

Terms of the deal remain undisclosed. The resolution avoids further litigation in the California federal court.
